Description

William Wellesley Pole. The agents to John Bloom request that certain records be dispensed with to allow his accounts to passed for his service as Carpenter of the Columbine. Opine that the records should be dispensed with since, at the time of Bloom's death in the West Indies, his Captain would not have received a copy of the instructions relating to the disposition of the records of deceased officers.
