Captain White, Regulating Captain, Dublin to the Board. Patrick Murphy, belonging to the 83rd Regiment, deserted the Alban Cutter and is now given up and sent to Plymouth in the Concord tender. Michael Godfrey has since declared he never was at sea. Sergeant Robert Smith of the 23rd Light Dragoons, deserted from the Hunter about the year 1798 and denies knowing anything of Vincent Hooby who may be a deserter from the Hunter. Sergeant James Nicholson of the 31st a deserter from the Dromedary about the year 1798, is to remain in the regiment as he is a clerk to the adjutant.
