Description

Hon. William Wellesley Pole. Mr. Aubrey and the Commissioners when at Sheerness have reported on the new pier and the abuses committed by vessels loading and unloading at the Garrison Pier. Commissioner Brown says there has been no infraction of the Act for building the pier at Blue Tower as far as the Garrison pier is concerned
