William Wellesley Pole. Rear Admiral Sir Sidney Smith has asked for a replacement for his lost bower anchors and cables for the Foudroyant, Agamemnon and London, under his command. He asked for spare anchors and cables for all Rates to be sent out to meet the contingencies of his Squadron. List of the anchors and cables on board the Serapis. Commissioner Grey has stated that your order for the supply of an anchor and two cables for the 64 Gunship could not be received on board, as the ship was completely full. Have asked the Transport Board to assist
