William Wellesley Pole. Captain Wright commanded HM Sloop Swift from August 1804 to May 1807, when he was discharged following the sentence of a Court Martial. Give what documents have been received for passing his accounts and where there are deficiencies. Ask whether is is reasonable to dispense with the production of some papers
