William Wesley Pole. An order is needed, in accordance with the 16th Article of the new Naval Instructions, to place Robert Balfour on the Half Pay Lists when superceded in the Revenge and Edward Groundwater, when invalided from the Intrepid. Christopher Liffingwell, Master, has applied to be placed on the Half Pay Lists when he left the St Albans to when he joined the Standard.
