Description

William Wellesley Pole. Lieutenant G. Reynolds of the signal station at West Wittering, has drawn a bill, having been ordered to go to Guernsey to be appointed by Sir Edmund Nagle, to be in charge of the signal station there. Ask when he was appointed at West Wittering
