Description

Commander William Hellard to the Board. Describes the circumstances of his joining the Fiorenzo in 1802 in succession to Captain Charles William Paterson, who had been arrested and subsequently Court Martialled. Commander Hillard claims pay for what appears to be an overlap of command.
