Description

Copy of a memorial by Hugh McIlraith at 9 New Broad Street, Royal Exchange, London. Proposals to alter the victualling of Yard negroes at Antigua by paying them half the value of their present receipts of stores, because of McIraith's petition for a pension. Commissioner Lane was sent to Antigua to investigate and report.
