Have applied to the Commissioners for Victualling for comment prior to the Board ordering instructions to Pursers to be printed following the earlier receipt of Regulations and Instructions for Naval service, received from Mr. Marsden. The Commissioners have sent a draft for updating Purser's Instructions on the issueing of oatmeal in HM ships and an increase in Pursers' credit prices. Ask for directions on printing
