Description

John Wise, No.3 George Yard, Lombard Street to the Board. Complaining that there was an order for the release of his employee, William Wise, but Wise left the tender off the Tower before written authority arrived on board and is now apprehensive he may be impressed again. Asks for Captain Richbell, Regulating Officer at London, to be informed of the legitimacy of Wise's release
