Description

William Marsden. George Mitchell, Carpenter of the Jalouse, asks for dispensation for his accounts. No books or papers have been received for October 1800 - September 1801 and the Captain states they were left on board for signature and were lost when transferring them to the Blenheim. Opine they can be dispensed with on his affidavit if the Admiralty approves
