William Marsden. Mr John Larking, a Carpenter supplying timber from Germany, has complained that a lighter carrying his timber from Hamburg to Tonningen was stopped by the blockading frigate. He requests an order to the Captain of the frigate to permit vessels carrying his timber to pass, providing they have a certificate from Mr Thornton, British Consul at Hamburg.
