Description

William Marsden. Some transports which had been moored in Portsmouth Harbour in such a way as to obstruct the passage of vessels into and out of the harbour, have now been moved as a result of your directive to the Agent for the Transport Board. Are concerned that a similar situation is likely to re-occur.
