William Marsden. Charles Coleman, Naval Officer at Barbados has drawn two bills of exchange for the purchase and outfit of the Steady brig, now called the Oronooko, for the defence of Trinidad and the Flying Fish schooner and a Spanish launch for the protection of the Gulf of Peria and the island of Trinidad. They were approved by Rear Admiral A. Cochrane. Ask if they should be accepted.
