Description

Philip Stephens. One hundred and fifty recruits are to be embarked on the Jersey hospital ship on her arrival at Portsmouth but the numbers are to be increased to 200 intended for Boston. Propose that as the ship was fitted for 200 soldiers, her Captain is directed to receive the additional recruits
