Description

Philip Stephens. The owners of the Prosperity, Britannia and Swallow, taken up at Plymouth to serve as tenders, inform us they are complete and ready to enter into pay, except for the guns they are required to provide by their Charter Parties. These cannot be procured at Plymouth and ask for dispensation until arrival at a port where they can be provided. Ask if this request should be complied with
