Description

Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Adamson at North Shields informs us the Bridport tender, ordered to replace the Swift, has not arrived. She is now repaired except her windlass and is being used to receive newly raised men. Ask whether she is to be discharged or continued in the Service as the Bridport is now ordered to lie off the Tower
