Philip Stephens. Have directed Lieutenant Knowles, Agent for transports, to go with the ships listed overleaf to Portsmouth, to take on the 32nd and 36th Regiments of Foot and take them to Cork, where he should wait for further orders. Directions are to be given to the Masters of the ships he leaves at Deptford to follow him to Cork when they are ready. Ask what directions are to be given to the Lieutenant on arrival at Cork
