Philip Stephens. A new taphouse has been erected at the Deptford Yard to replace the old decayed one. To use the ground now available, the Yard Officers have sent a plan and estimate for building a second call office, surgery and dispensary, to occupy the ground floor, and the second floor to be applied for the First Assistant and Sawyer's measurer's cabins and for the compass maker's and glazier's shops. Recommend the plan, ask for approval and send an estimate
