Description

Philip Stephens. Leake Grimes, Clerk to the Master Shipwright at Chatham, has petitioned for superannuation as through age and infirmities, he is incapable of performing his duty. Commissioner Proby, informs us that he considers Mr. Grimes a proper object for superannuation
