Captain William Shackerly proposes to give up all claims for disbursements and salary while he acted as Agent for Transports in North America and the West Indies, between June 1781 and June 1764, provided the imprest standing against him is cleared and he receives his arrears of half pay. Opine he may receive the amount claimed and the half pay arrears, provided he gives up all further claims
