Description

Philip Stephens. Ask to employ Shipwrights and Caulkers in the Yards with other workmen connected to them, at the rate of one Tide Extra for four months, to accelerate the building and repair of HM ships and also the Ropemakers by Task as is necessary for preparing cordage and rigging to keep pace with the Shipwrights, to commence on May 1st
