Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Bourmaster, Agent for Transports, informs us from Spithead, that the Wentworth and Ocean arrived there on the 20th and the Sea Venture then appeared to be working up. He has informed the Commanding Officer of the 4th Regiment that transports will be ready to receive troops on Saturday morning next and recommends the utmost despatch
