Description

Philip Stephens. William Robertson informs us that when passing the accounts of the late Captain Charles Wray as Captain and Purser of the Princess Augusta yacht, he finds papers and signatures are wanting and asks for dispensation. No account of stores supplied, bought, lent or returned for the yacht between April to October 1773 or certificate, have been received but as the Boatswain's and Carpenter's accounts are passed and the Commissioner of Victualling inform us they have no objection, opine dispensation may be granted
