Philip Stephens. William Maude has asked for dispensation for the books and papers necessary to pass the accounts of Edward Claributt, late Carpenter of the Northumberland, because of his death. The expense books and supplies and returns are delivered for passing the accounts from March 1771 to August 1772, but no further charge or remains. As the Captain has not delivered his accounts for the time, opine it will not be proper to comply with the request
