Description

Philip Stephens. Edward L'Epine informs us that Commissioner Hughes, appointed Commander -in-Chief in the East Indies, has accepted his offer of serving him as Secretary, and asks for leave of absence from the duty of Purser of the Neptune. We have no objection if a deputy is provided
