Philip Stephens. Colonel Watson, has applied for dispensation for books, papers and certificates, needed to pass his brother's, Captain George Watson, accounts as Captain of the Pallas. Some books are in the office and accounts are passed for the stores supplied so opine that because of his health and there is no imprest against him, the Colonel's request may be complied with
