Description

Philip Stephens. Jane Knight has asked for dispensation for the account of her son-in-law, Charles, Satres, late Carpenter of the Zephyr sloop, who died at Pensacola. He was borne as Carpenter of the Zephyr from June 1770 to March 1771, when he died at Pensacola and no books or papers have been delivered into this office but as the Captain's accounts are not passed for the time, we opine her request cannot at present be complied with
