Philip Stephens. Have been informed by the Clerks of the Cheque at Portsmouth and Chatham that Edward Bromley, House Carpenter, and James Anderson, Scavelman, at Portsmouth and George Hemsley, Labourer, at Chatham, who were part of the number reported fit for superannuation, have died
