Philip Stephens. Philip Jones has asked to be paid for the time he acted as Master of the Dispatch sloop by order of Rear Admiral Spry in place of Mr. Ogilvie, her Master, who was sent sick ashore. Mr. Jones will be entered as Master and paid on the sloop's books from the expiration of the 6 weeks allowed the proper Master at sick quarters. Otherwise he must be paid by bill
