Description

Philip Stephens. The Earl of Rochford has asked when the contract expires for the transports ordered to carry the regiments from Ireland to Gibraltar, which gave the owners four months certain. Give the dates of the signing of 17 contracts and when they should expire. The first contract expires on the 24th and the last on 17th February
