Description

Philip Stephens. Messrs. Ommaney and Company have applied for the removal of the objection to the payment of Captain Doing, Commander of the Lynx for the time he did duty in the Vulture because Lieutenant Saunders was being borne as acting Captain of the Lynx at the same time. As Lieutenant Saunders was paid only as a Lieutenant during this period of exchange, Captain Doing should receive Captain 's pay
