Description

Philip Stephens. Marine accounts are in arrears and have not been submitted since 1762. The Marine manpower is about to be increased for a second time, causing considerable confusion. It is necessary for Mr. Tucker, the Paymaster of the Marines, to be ordered to render his accounts, with an account of the balance of public money remaining in his hands, which should be reported in the annual statement of the debt of the Navy
