Description

Philip Stephens. Mr. Cooper, Secretary to the Treasury, has sent an order from the House of Commons, for an account of the services performed in America and the West Indies from 1756 to 1766 inclusive. Ask for a list of such ships employed in there with their sailing upon and returning from each of those services, with the names of the flag Officers and Commodores and the times they have been employed in those parts, to enable us to prepare the account
