Description

Philip Stephens. Commissioner Rogers informs us that no foreigners are to be admitted into the Yard and has asked whether any of the Officers belonging to the Emperor of Morocco's frigate, the Tyger, may be allowed to attend the repair of their ship. He has been told he may allow those Officers to be admitted, if they request it.
