Philip Stephens. Hannah Watson, the widow of William, late Carpenter of the Speaker sloop, who died at Antigua, has petitioned for dispensation for the papers, which were delivered into the Surveyor's office and are minus the first charge and remains, in order to pass his accounts. The Captains have passed their accounts so opine because of the Carpenter's death, the dispensation may be granted on the widow making oath that they were all that came to hand
