Philip Stephens. William Pinker has applied to be paid for the time he was borne as Able Seaman in the Neptune as acting Boatswain of the Nassau and as proper Boatswain of the Shark sloop. His accounts for the Nassau have been passed regularly and his wages paid to Thomas Ewbank for John Thomas Assignee in August 1749. His wages for the Neptune are also paid so he is only due the wages for the Shark from April 1745 to May 1746 for which time the Captains have passed their accounts and he made be paid on his making oath he never sold or embezzled any of the stores
