Description

Philip Stephens. An establishment of Superannuation should be made in favour of aged, infirm and disabled Shipwrights and Caulkers from the Yards under limitations. Have published accordingly and received lists of the names of persons appearing to be the most proper objects for superannuation. And expect the charge for attending such superannuation to be inserted in the next Ordinary Estimate
