Captain John Bowerbank, Commander of the late Goree brigantine, has paid for the hire of the Charlotte Brigantine, James Blair, Master, for carrying the Officer and people belonging to the Goree, after she had been sunk at the Island of Goree, to Barbados and the Lieutenant, Boatswain, Gunner and Carpenter have certified to the need for the hire. Ask whether the sum should be allowed on the Captain's account
