Philip Stephens. Robert Mylne has asked to be paid for the time he acted as Lieutenant of the Boulogne, by order of Vice Admiral Durell. He is entered on a supernumerary list as Lieutenant on 12th August 1762 and discharged in December and will be paid on the ship's books from the 23rd September in accordance with Admiralty orders relating to officers left ashore sick. He is not discharged from the Wasp, his proper ship, until the 9th September so opine he can be paid by bill when he is not borne on either ship's books
