Description

Philip Stephens. The Company of the Virgin Sloop, who were turned over to the Pembroke and afterwards to the Alcide, have petitioned for their wages, the pay lists being in this office. They can be paid their wages for the Pembroke, today but pay lists for the Virgin have not been received nor are there books to the time of their discharge
