John Clevland. Mr. Nicolas, late Surgeon of the Burford, is to attend the Assizes at Bodmin as a witness for Bradford who is to be tried for the murder of a man on the St. Florentine and he will start out, today. When he indicated his inability to go to sea because of illness, we suspended him before he was discharged from quarters by appointing the Surgeon Acting in the Burford by Rear Admiral Durell's order
