Description

John Clevland. Captain Lancelot Holmes informs us from the Bahama Islands that he has drawn bills of exchange for a month's hire of two sloops on orders from the Admiralty. We have no orders for payment of the hire of these sloops and ask if the bills should be accepted and under what Head the money is to be charged
