John Clevland. The Pilots John Dickon, William Tucker, Thomas Knaggs, Andrew Bell, John Gray and Nicholas Wellen, have been provided by Trinity House to go to the Downes to navigate the River Elbe on orders from Sir Piercy Brett of the Commander in Chief in the Downes
