Description

John Clevland. Thomas Naylor, stone mason, has petitioned to be entered into one of the Yards having had his leg amputated after a fall of stone whilst building the Admiralty wall. The only duty such a man can perform is turning a grind stone and there are always more men labouring under accidents than can be provided for. Opine it could be bad precedent and cause inconvenience
