John Clevland. Three ships of 74 guns and three of 64 guns are to be set up and built in the King's or merchants' yards. Propose two of the 74 gun ships are built by the same draught as the Bellona and Dragon and two of the 64 by the draught we are sending, which is similar. Are sending the draughts for the other ships of 74 and 64 guns which we propose should be built on the principles of the Fame and Richmond
