John Clevland. The transports, listed overleaf, have on board gabions, fascines, picketts and coals intended for the late expedition. Have applied to the Board of Ordnance for their removal who inform us that these items are not in that department so cannot dispose of them. Such expenses are part of the contingencies of the Army and ask for the items to be removed
