Description

John Clevland. Catherine Welling, widow of Thomas, late Boatswain of the Elizabeth, has asked to be paid the bounty of a year's wages given to Officers widows, slain in fighting, without the certificate. Opine that the last book received from the Elizabeth does not show him borne but Vice Admiral Pocock confirms he was killed and the certificate can be dispensed with
