Description

Thomas Corbett. The owners of the John and Ann armed vessel were told on 4th that she was to go to the Thames under convoy to be paid off. Owners were allowed to choose to have their ships paid off at the port where they were hired which is why she is still at Plymouth. Will ensure the ship is paid off from the date of the order
